Payment Information

To complete your preregistration, pay your fees at any ATM.

We have been informed that some people are experiencing difficulties in sending payment through online banking and directly at the bank counter. We believe this is due to having to input the account name in katakana. To avoid such issues, please use a bank ATM or 7-11 ATM to make payment, as you can input the account name in roman characters. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Although we would like you to deposit your pre-registration fees into the Pan-SIG2009 account as soon as possible, since receipts will be issued at the conference with the dates of May 23 or May 24 on them, university faculty generally have no problem getting their fees reimbursed.

Please note that this account is held in the name of the JALT Directory of Treasury, who is also the treasurer for the Pan-SIG Conference 2009. This account is moderated by JALT and will be used exclusively for Pan- SIG Conference 2009 purposes until the final accounting for the Conference is completed.
