The 8th Annual Pan-SIG Conference's schedule is as follows:

| May 25 -- Oct 30 | Key decisions on plenary speakers, venue, fees and so on discussed by committee |
| Nov 1 -- Nov 30 | Finalisation of participating SIGs, plenary speakers, presentation types, etc. |
| Dec 1 -- Feb 15 | Presentation submission period. SIGs inform their members of the conference and submissions are received. |
| Feb 16 -- Feb 28 | Submissions are refereed and individual SIG's programmes are considered. |
| Mar 1 -- Mar 15 | Notification of acceptance/ rejection is sent out. Abstracts may be re-submitted/ altered. Presentation types altered to fit with conference themes and available presentation slots. |
| Mar 15 -- Mar 30 | Pre-registration: All accepted submissions must preregister in this period in order for their presentations to be considered complete. If pre-registration is not done, the slot will be offered to those on the waiting list. |
| Apr 1 -- conference day | Questions relating to presentations, equipment, fees, accommodation and so on are entertained by the committee. Presenters are encouraged to contribute to the Pan-SIG Moodle and Forums. |
