Passage types: Dialogues and multilogs with centrally-administered tasks
Situations: Daily life interactions between friends, acquaintance, and strangers;
University interactions between student and secretary, classmates, student and teacher, etc.

Announcements: 90-100 words
Short talks: 184 words
Length per
conversation/passage:
Conversations: 10-40 seconds
Announcements: 20-30 seconds
Short talks: 90 seconds

Topics covered: 1. Service encounters at restaurants, school campuses, and on the street, etc.
