Updating Indico

Note: The absolutely critical thing is that people must be added using the search feature, not added manually. That means that the sponsor representative and presenter must have an Indico account before they can be added. (The picture below is an edited screenshot from the PDF linked above.)
About the handbook and block schedule
The handbook and block schedule of PanSIG 2026 will be available roughly two weeks before the conference, around May 11th, 2026.
The data for the handbook will be taken from the Indico Database by the end of April, around April 27th, 2026. Changes after that date will not be reflected in the handbook, but are visible on the Indico live schedule which can be updated even during the conference. The base for the handbook is the title of the presentation (restricted to 50 characters) and the short abstract of the presentation (75 words count). All other information is available on Indico.
