While some universities in Japan have eduroam, Kanda University of International Studies is not on the list (see eduroam Japan).
What are internet options for visitors to Japan?

Can everyone use eduroam?
No. As it says in the Getting started section of eduroam.org, the first step after downloading the eduroam installer is to choose your institution from the list so that you can log on. So if your university is not on the list, you will not have access. If your university is on the list, you can access the network worldwide. You may need to contact your IT department for your log-in credentials.
