Unvetted Proposals
The deadline for unvetted proposal submissions is March 15, 2024. This applies to:
- all SIG forum proposals, and
- all JALT-related organization or group proposals (including committees)
- all requests for tables
When submitting unvetted proposals, please include the names of all presenters. A note like "To Be Determined" or "Will notify later" will not be accepted for SIG forums and JALT committee / organization submissions. Scheduling of the conference will be done in March and, in order to avoid scheduling conflicts, we are requiring all presenters names to be listed at the time of submission. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regard.

Table Requests
The deadline for table requests is March 30, 2024. This applies to:
- JALT SIGs
- JALT committees
- Other JALT-related groups
