Cvent App for PanSIG 2024
We recommend downloading the PanSIG 2024 companion app to stay up to date on the latest schedule changes, see the full agenda, bookmark your sessions, network with other participants & speakers, visit our sponsors, and more! It's an excellent way to plan out your conference schedule so you can enjoy it to the fullest!
If you attended JALT2022, JALT2023, or JALTCALL 2023, you may already have this app installed.
- Open Cvent app
- If you see a page from a previous conference, tap "Go to directory"
- In the directory, you'll see your other events. To find PanSIG, tap "Search for an event".
- Type "PanSIG". When the PanSIG2024 information appears, tap the "Download" icon (looks like an arrow pointing down into a tray).
- You will see the "loading" page. This should not take a long time.
- After fully loading, you'll see the "Log in or skip" page. Tap "log in" to update your personal information (workplace, photo, etc) and to create your own personalized schedule of presentations that you'd like to attend.
- You'll be asked to type your name and email. Be sure to type the email that you registered with. (Honestly, you can "ASDF" the name section, it makes no difference on this page.)
- Check your email for a short verification code from no-replycvent@jalt.org. Type it on this page ("Enter code").
- The app is pretty self-explanatory. To create your own schedule, first, click "Schedule"
- On the schedule page, tapping the + icon will add that session to your own personal schedule.
