Presenters are required to bring their own PCs.
Cables and Inputs
All rooms are equipped with HDMI/VGA inputs, audio inputs, projectors and the appropriate cables.
In principle, we do not have spare PCs available or adapters.
Be sure to bring your own adaptor if you need it.
WiFi
Chukyo University welcomes all guests and visitors to use the (eduroam) Wi-Fi for connecting to the internet. Please contact your school, company, or institution for further information on registering an account. (See our WiFi page for additional information.)
If you plan on showing online resources, please be prepared to tether to your smartphone as a WiFi alternative, or please pre-record that part of your demonstration with a screen recorder (on Windows or on Mac).
PanSIG Logos
Brighten up your presentation with a PanSIG logo on your slides or poster.
Timekeeping
We will have timekeepers; however, please be mindful of the time and start/finish according to the schedule.
